Fuel Performance has provided minor hockey associations evaluation services for 8+ years. In 2021, we successfully helped place 4500+ minor hockey players on their appropriate teams.
Our 3-Step Process
1. Consulting (Free)
We sit down with the board and provide advice on how minor hockey players should be evaluated. We develop a comprehensive game plan with input from the board and implement it through the evaluation process.
2. Technical Skill Evaluation
- • Test up to 30 athletes in a 45-minute ice session
- • Utilize reliable and valid on-ice tests to objectively place players in their respective skill levels
3. Game Evaluations
- • 4-6 paid evaluators at each evaluation game
- • Evaluators include current/former professional players, high-level coaches, and former junior players
- • All evaluators are over 25 years old with extensive hockey knowledge
